Paper Submission Procedure
We welcome proposals for Full Papers, Brief Papers, Classroom Practitioner Papers, Poster Presentations and Workshops based on the conference theme and tracks (Details of Workshop submission procedures are found in the Workshop link).
The paper submission process begins with the submission of an abstract (Abstract Template) (about 150 words) by the author for review. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Programme Committee on the basis of applicability to the conference theme and conference tracks, a broad appeal to conference participants and readability. Abstracts will either be accepted, accepted with suggestion for changes, or rejected and an email notification sent within two weeks upon receipt of abstract. Once the abstracts have been accepted, the authors will then submit their papers (Full Paper or Brief Paper or Classroom Practitioner Paper) for the peer review process.
Authors whose Full Paper, Brief Paper, Classroom Practitioner Paper or Poster (Abstract) has been accepted after the review process and have registered and paid for the conference will then be invited to do their presentation during the conference. They will also have their papers included in the conference proceedings CD and their abstracts in the Book of Abstracts. Based on peer reviewers’ recommendations Full Papers may be considered for publication in the proceedings, tentatively scheduled to be published by .... 2015.
Full Paper
Full Papers are presented in parallel sessions. They should generally be between 8 – 10 pages in length. Full Papers will be reviewed by a panel of International Reviewers on the basis of the significance of the paper, appropriateness for the conference, quality of the research (conceptual, theoretical, design, analysis) and the quality of writing (organization, clarity and style). Please follow the guidelines provided in this Full Paper Template.
Please note that Authors must register and pay the conference fee by the deadline for the above to take effect.
Poster Presentation
Depending on the number of Posters submitted, Poster Presentations are done during one or more lunch breaks. Poster presenters will be provided with a chair and poster board space of size 75cm (W) by 122cm (H) only. Other requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
